By accessing this website or booking services with Erin A Durham Enterprises LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or services.

Services Disclaimer

All services offered are coaching and consulting services, not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

You understand that:

  • Coaching is a collaborative process
  • You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
  • No specific outcomes are guaranteed

Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time using the link provided in your confirmation email.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the session, as well as no-shows, are forfeit and non-refundable.
  • In the event of an emergency, clients are encouraged to reach out as soon as possible. Consideration may be given at our discretion.

Mutual respect for time and commitments is a core value of this work.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Payment plans are available on some packages.

All services are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Confidentiality

Information shared during sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, frameworks, materials, and branding — is the intellectual property of Erin A Durham Enterprises LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erin A Durham Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this Site or services.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the business is registered.

Changes to Terms
