Business Consulting
Grow the Business You Know You’re Meant to Grow
You didn’t start this business to spend your days putting out fires.
Whether you’re launching, scaling, or just trying not to drown — you’re constantly navigating fires, exploring new offerings, and second-guessing the systems you’ve built. Your business runs on your energy, because the systems don’t run on their own yet. That’s not a business. That’s a job with more risk and worse hours.
How I Help
I spent 8+ years as the integrator inside a scaling agency — including years running EOS — before I became a consultant. I know what it looks like when a business’s structure hasn’t caught up to its growth, and I know what it takes to close that gap.
I help small and mid-sized business owners find where their operations are breaking, fix what’s broken, and build what holds — so the business runs on systems, not just you.

FAQs
You seem really focused on trust-building in organizations — why business operations?
Because they’re the same problem wearing different clothes. Operational fractures — unclear expectations, broken communication, missing accountability — create friction. As a business owner or principal, your team, your vendors, and most especially your clients are constantly looking for evidence of whether you deserve their trust. By intentionally creating time to work on the business, by streamlining and stabilizing your operations, you’re taking a powerful step to prove that your actions match your words. This congruence signals that you are reliable and deserving of the trust people place in you, whether that’s with their creativity and talent or their time and money.
How is this different from EOS or hiring an ops manager?
I’ve implemented and run EOS myself, and it’s a solid operating system — but it’s structural. It tells you what the meeting cadence should be; it doesn’t tell you why your team stopped bringing you problems. I work both layers: the operational layer and the relational one. An ops manager runs your systems for you. I help you build the structure that takes the weight off of you.
I’m not in crisis. I just want things running better. Is this still for me?
Yes — the Quarter of Clarity is built for exactly this. The Fire Extinguisher is for the acute stuff. Most of the businesses I work with aren’t on fire. They’re just tired of holding everything together by hand.
What’s the difference between the Fire Extinguisher and the Quarter of Clarity?
The Fire Extinguisher is a focused 4-week engagement built to resolve three specific operational fires. The Quarter of Clarity is a 90-day partnership for businesses ready to build deeper structural alignment. If you’re not sure which one fits, that’s exactly what the Alignment Call is for.
Do you work with start-ups, or people who only have a business idea?
If you’re still in idea stage, I’m glad to do one Alignment Call with you to talk it through — no strings, no expectations that you book anything after. I’m also currently building out dedicated support for early-stage entrepreneurs, so if that’s you, tell me where you’re at and I’ll let you know what’s available.
I run my business solo — is this still for me?
Yes. Solo and start-up aren’t the same thing to me. If you’re an established, operating business — even a business of one — you’re exactly who this page is built for.
Would you be open to fractional COO (or similar) work — actually working in my organization on a project or contract basis?
Absolutely. Do me a favor and submit the form on my general contact page and let’s talk it through.
You don’t have to keep holding this together alone.
The Alignment Call is a free 30-minute conversation to talk through what’s actually breaking in your business and figure out, together, what kind of support makes sense. No pressure, no pitch. Just clarity on where to start. Stop procrastinating about getting the support you deserve. Your business is waiting.
