You seem really focused on trust-building in organizations — why business operations?

Because they’re the same problem wearing different clothes. Operational fractures — unclear expectations, broken communication, missing accountability — create friction. As a business owner or principal, your team, your vendors, and most especially your clients are constantly looking for evidence of whether you deserve their trust. By intentionally creating time to work on the business, by streamlining and stabilizing your operations, you’re taking a powerful step to prove that your actions match your words. How is this different from EOS or hiring an ops manager?

I’ve implemented and run EOS myself, and it’s a solid operating system — but it’s structural. It tells you what the meeting cadence should be; it doesn’t tell you why your team stopped bringing you problems. I work both layers: the operational layer and the relational one. An ops manager runs your systems for you. I help you build the structure that takes the weight off of you.
